In the contract, the UAE Civil Transactions Act states that

Article 267

If the contract is valid, it is not permissible for any of the contractors to revise it, amend it, or terminate it except by mutual consent or litigation or by virtue of a provision in the law.

Article 268

The contractors shall apply the contract with their consent after its conclusion.
