We would like to inform you that you have to submit a complaint in the Ministry of Development, Labor and Social Affairs about the non-removal of the ban despite the reasons for removing the ban on your company.

As the Ministry states conditions to remove the ban on the company as below:

-          The company should be involved in the wage protection system.

-          The company shall transfer the wages of workers through the system of protection of wages without interruption.

-          The number of salary records should match the number of employees in the company.

-          If there is a shortage in the salary records and the worker is abroad or has a flight report or is dead or has a loan to another establishment or has a case in court, a proof must be attached.

-          Cancel the worker from his dependency on the establishment if he leaves the country for more than 6 months.
