The law regarding domestic workers in Qatar did not stipulate that the employer shall sign any papers in favor of the worker. If the worker may ask the employer to issue papers stating that the termination of the employment contract was done by agreement between the worker and the employer. Also, if it is related to the employer granting the worker a letter approving the transfer of the sponsorship, any form stating the approval of the transfer of the sponsorship will be considered.
