We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Residence Law, as the passport is with the sponsor due to the absconding report, then you can’t leave as your name is publicized at the country ports, also you can’t leave without passport as the visa is on it.
Therefore, you have to contact the sponsor and settle with him to get the passport then leave the country, as it is related with the passport as you can’t travel or to do any legal action without it.
