Can i open driving licence with painter visa

We would like to inform you that if you have painter work visa, your job may be one of the jobs that not allowed to get driving license. You can review the Traffic Department for that. It is possible to enroll in one of the teaching courses of driving and here are the conditions as follows.
· The age is at least 17 years old.
The documents required to issue a driving license in Dubai include:
· Passport, ID card (Original and a copy)
· Valid residency issued by the Emirate of Dubai, and that in the case of residence issued from another Emirate, you must meet the requirements to open a file in the Emirate you reside in.
· Two personal photos.
· Vision test
· No objection certificate from the guardian or sponsor.
· Fill out the application form for driving license.
The department determined the documents required to renew the Desert Driving learning permit:
* Police clearance
* Passport (Original and a copy)
* Letter from the sponsor
* Letter from the tourist company (for non-sponsored by it)
* Vision test, Optometry.
