Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated! We welcome you to join us in the legal section
We would like to inform you that if you mean that your mother is in the country on a visit visa and want to travel to Romania, it should be noted that if she leaves UAE, she may not be allowed to return, although the visa is still valid as the family visit visa is for one trip and not multiple.
Therefore, if she leaves, she may not return only under a new application for a visit visa to UAE
If you have another question, feel free to ask us and we will answer with pleasure.

As the penalty shall be calculated from the day following the expiration of the non-renewable visa and the expiration of 10 days for the renewable visas and seven days from the date of issuance of the exit permit for violators of the Aliens Entry and Residence Law.
***Note that, the Nationality and Residency consider the 100 AED fine from the first day of expiration of all visa types even visit, transit, entry, tourist and entry permit to visit residents in the GCC.
