We would like to inform you that If the expatriate wants to obtain a medical examination service in Kuwait, he must personally consult the expatriate labor inspection centers to conduct the necessary medical examination to determine his fitness and freedom from infectious epidemic diseases, in order to obtain a certificate of freedom from communicable diseases that entitles him to obtain legal residence in the country

The following documents shall be attached to the application:

- A copy of the signature approval, this document is not required for the servants or in the case of joining the family

- A copy of the civil ID of the sponsor authorized to sign the original visa and a letter of no objection to passports, in the absence of a visa

- Four (4) personal photos

- Printed examination card

- Original passport
