We would like to inform you that if you are an expat or even a citizen of Qatar and wish to file a lawsuit against the partner on the work, first and before resorting to the judiciary you must submit a complaint in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs being the competent authority in case of conflict and labor problems. If they can’t settle the situation then you can go to the court and file lawsuit through the court in the perimeter of the residence for the spatial jurisdiction of the court.
