I have worked with an LLC company in Dubai for 16 months without a contract but with a partner visa in an (I was a managing partner), can I legally make a complaint for not getting paid for that period?

We would like to inform you that if you have worked with an LLC company in Dubai for 16 months without a contract but with a partner visa, and want to get paid for that period, so as you are partner in that company and you have papers to prove that and you didn’t get any profit according to the contract, then you can ask the other partner for your rights that mentioned in the partnership contract.

I have only 5% share and I was responsible on setting up the company before operation, Build up phase, the company consists of a warehouse, a showroom and a workshop. I have worked on the Interior design of the company and did the 3d drawings myself, I have also got contractors offers and contracted with one, I have monitored on daily basis the work of the contractor, I have done also contracted graphic designers and finalised the branding materials, I have done employees interviews and appointed the current team and managed their daily work , I have outsourced suppliers (Furniture) and bought the required products, I have communicated with shipping and clearance companies to ship product, I have done the showroom design and monitored daily work in details, among many other daily jobs. that all was during the build up and before operations and official opening. After that my partner kicked me out of the management and stayed managing the company alone and I was not allowed to get any info regarding the company sales. During that time I didn't take the salary that was agreed verbally of 20k / month but was mentioned once in Aug 2017 (before company establishment, Nov 2017) in an email sent to him but that he didn't answer. Could the fact that I was a managing PARTNER makes me loose all the effort I have done? can I have any compensation because I was asked to leave the management?

If you completed the mentioned works and there agreement to grant you monthly salary, then that should be stated in the contract to be able to ask for it.
Anyway, you can hire a lawyer to file a civil case against the employer according to the contract between you and ask to force him to pay your dues, and you can prove that by all means including witnesses in the court.
