We would like to inform you that according to the Labor Law and residence, for the employer changing, if the visa was canceled and thee work terminated and got NOC from the sponsor, then you can change the employer without any problem. As the point is to get the visa cancelled to be able to apply for new visa and transfer the sponsorship. So you situation is good and you can get new sponsor and change the employer without problems.
Regarding the passport and renewing it is not related to changing the employer.
You can renew your passport once it expires and you can get a new sponsor to change your employer without any problems.
