In the event that you work in domestic working in the UAE and you want to travel to Italy, you must obtain a visa beforehand even with the lawsuit raised by you and the visa requirements will be as follow:
1- Passport valid for not less than six months
2-Clear personal photos like the photo of the passport.
3- Submitting a bank statement indicating the last three months to ensure the expenses in case of travel.
4 - Make flight bookings one way.
5 - Submit a hotel reservation (TCT). With the case raised by you, this requirement can be neglected.
6- Providing health insurance policy.
7 - Submission of residence valid for at least three months in addition to the consent of the sponsor if you are an expatriate.
And then paying the fees prescribed on the visa, which is estimated by the embassy in that time.
