We would like to inform you that according to the Foreigners' Residence Law and its executive regulations, if a person over stay of more than 45 days on a visit visa, and he has no money to pay the fines, the violator shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding four thousand dirhams. The court may order his deportation.
