Regarding your question
causes of delyed menses:

• stress
• high prolactin
• hypothyroidism
• PCOS
• postpill amenorrhea

diagnosis of delayed menses:

• ultrasound of plevis
• prolactin level
• TSH level
• FSH-LH 

treatment:

• it is normal process for menses delay after stoppage of diane pill
• some times you have to take duphaton 20 mg one tabelt every 12 hours
• if there  is high proalctin you have to take dositenix
• if threre is hypothyroid you have to take thyroxin
