The UAE Labor Law has granted the worker the right to terminate the employment contract while retaining all his rights if he is attacked by the employer or his representative. You shall check with the police station in order to file a complaint about the assault by your manager at work. You may also file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against your employer for the abuse you have suffered and also for not receiving your financial benefits.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law related to your inquiry:

Article (121):

 A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
