We would like to inform you that referring to Federal Law No. (2) of 2015 on commercial companies as well as the Code of Civil Procedure
Yes, the company's accounts can be seized and the matter is through filing an application at the court and after filing the case and claiming the accumulated debts and the procedures are as follows:
The application for seizure of a property shall be submitted to the competent execution judge, accompanied by a copy of the judgment issued by the competent court or any executive deed by law.
1. The applicant shall submit a copy of the declaration of judgment to the convicted person.
2. The person requesting the attachment shall entrust the convicted person to fulfill in accordance with the legal enforcement procedures applicable in the competent enforcement court
3. The attachment request shall include the data stipulated in Article (292) of the Federal Civil Procedure Law and its amendments.
4. The applicant shall pay the legal fees. The execution representative shall, within seven days of the registration of the seizure decision, notify the debtor, the holder and the guarantor in kind of a copy of the seizure request after indicating that it is registered with the competent department.
