The UAE amnesty has come in to action on 1 August 2018 and has ended in 31 October 2018 giving a three months grace period to finalize trespassers their amnesty

But to answer your query if there ill be or not a new amnesty procedure in the future, the site does not have any relation with any government entities, and can’t predict if another amnesty will be available this year, or next one
