We would like to inform you that if you didn’t get paid from the company and you have a prove that they don’t want to pay your salary, then this is violation against the law and the work contract. As the law force the employer to pay the salaries on time to the worker once a month.
Therefore you can file a complaint against the company for not paying the salary and apply to terminate the contract and get your dues and end of services, and you will not be forced to pay any money to the company as the violated the work contract. As below article states:
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
