We would like to inform you that the Human Resources Ministry assures that any absconding report or ban is cancelled if there are uncompleted cases so the worker in the Ministry will not register it. One of the conditions is if the worker has complaint or a labor case against him in the court or the ministry.

Therefore, if there is still a complaint against the employer, then the ban and the absconding report will be cancelled.

For the fines, the employer shall pay them if he was the reason of imposing them.
