To renew your passport, you must go to your local embassy and submit an application for renewal with the attached documents:

- Your old expired passport
- Photograph
- The origin of the identity card and a copy of it
- Residence in the state and valid copy of it 
- Payment of renewal fees

The passport cannot be renewal in a copy of the old passport. You must have the original
