If your employer refuses to return your passport, you can file a complaint against your employer in one of two ways:

the first :

To submit a complaint to the Ministry of Human Recruitment and Emiratisation.

Second :

You file a complaint with the police station against your employer and accuse him of taking your passport, We also recommend the use of the embassy of your country to pressure all government agencies in order to quickly return your passport held by the employer.
