We would like to inform you that according to the labor law in the State of Kuwait, the salary is subject to the agreement and also to the provisions of the employment contract therefore, it is not possible to claim any increase or force the employer to increase the wage with the existence of the employment contract which provides for the wage therefore, in case of expiry of the contract, you may terminate the contract and look for another job with a higher wage note that there is no legal text showing the minimum wage in the state and left to the agreement between the worker and the sponsor
