We would like to inform you that the cancellation card may not be signed until you have received all your entitlements to terminate your service where it is possible to sign the receipt of your dues and discover that they are not transferred to the bank later and then must receive your dues and then sign and if the employer refuses to do so you have to complain to the Qatari Labor Office of the company
