We would like to inform you that it is known that only the sponsor or who represents him can cancel the visa that he sponsored, as the sponsored person can’t cancel it by himself without permit and approval from the sponsor.
However, if the company is closed and there is no one can do the cancellation, then you can get special case by the Identity& Nationality Authority.
You have to apply the below documents:
1- Original UAE ID
2- The sponsored passport
3- Copy of the sponsor passport.
4- Cancellation certificate certified by the Human Resources Ministry “ for private sectors”
5- Work contract from the new company.
