We would like to inform you that know that if you utter an explicit divorce and repeat it in the same council, it is considered one shot. If this is the first or second shot and your wife is still in the kit, you may return it by saying "I returned you to my infallibility" without anything else, you may return it by intercourse if you intend to return and you may not intercourse if you do not intend to return and prefer to return it by word, and you should refer to the Shari'a court to decide on this issue because divorce matters are not interrupted by a written fatwa.
