We would like to inform you that If your inquiry relates to the employer accusing the worker of stealing water from the store but did not do so the following information:
If the employer accuses the worker of stealing water from the shop in order to send him to the Philippines because of the employer's failure to pay full salaries, the worker must prove that there are problems before the date of the accusation between him and the employer this accusation is untrue and the real reasons for this accusation are due to the employer's failure to pay the employee's salary in full and to file a complaint against the employer.
The worker shall also use witnesses to confirm the validity of his statements or submit documents proving the submission of a complaint to the Workforce Authority against the employer on a date prior to the old date of the complaint concerning the theft and if the worker obtained a patent or the case is filed due to the fact that the accusation is not true, he may file a lawsuit against the employer regarding compensation for the false accusation of theft.
