We would like to inform you that if you are Portuguese and reside in Kuwait, then you can review the Portuguese embassy and apply to get passport, if you want to renew it as it is almost expired or lost, as you can’t enter Kuwait without valid passport for 6 months.
So we advise you to review the embassy for that.
