I have repeatdly got e coli neumonia , i have bronchitectisis already . Infection 4 times in 6 months with resistent e coli sensitive to ertabimin i got invanz every time then sputum test is clear. But after some time it comes back . Now i am again infected with no fever but sputum culture shows e coli again . Is there any final medecine that will eliminate this bacteria completely any where in the world

  1. IV antibiotic accourding to culture result as tavanic
  2. anti tussive and mucolytic as mucucosolvan syrup
  3. anti histamine tablets as aerus 5mg once daily
  4. antipyretic as panadol advaned 500mg 2x3
  5. combivent and pulmicort nebulizer
