Requirements for obtaining Malaysian citizenship:
1. Staying at least 10 years in Malaysia as a permanent resident in the last 12 years
2.Reaching the legal age of 21 years
3. A judicial record free of any crime, punishment, imprisonment, serious administrative offense or flagrant breach of the law and the constitution of Malaysia
4. Proficiency in the Malaysian language with a "medium or average" level
5. Knowledge of the Malaysian culture
Malaysian citizenship file:
If the above conditions are met, the following documents must be submitted:
1. Application Form (C Form)
2 .Identity card
3. Birth certificate
4. Copies of entry visas for Malaysia + residence permits in Malaysia
Other documents such as marriage contract
The file shall be filed with the National Registration Department of Malaysia at the following address:
