In the free zones, the foreign citizen may establish a company and own its capital in full or by any percentage without the need for an Emirati partner. Finally, the worker is not allowed to violate the purpose of the visa and to establish a company solo or with an Emirati partner. He shall have entered the UAE under an investor visa.
