i need a legal process for insurance company

We would like to inform you that You should contact the Department of Persons Companies affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit an application to establish the company with the following documents:

- A copy of the civil ID cards of the partners and the manager

- A capital certificate for the joint venture partners and a simple recommendation and the capital of the limited liability company is reserved during the establishment period

- Certificate from the Social Insurance Institution of the Director

- Lease receipt contract

- Certificate of automated address from the Public Authority for Civil Information

- Certificate of consent of the sponsor for the right of the foreigner to enter into a company with others certified by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry + Approval of the sponsor's signature + work permit of the foreign partner + transfer of the residence of the manager on the company
