I am asking that if property is in Single name then what happens if person is deceased. Secondly if property is in joint name of husband and wife, what happens if husband deceased. I understand UAE has Shariah law, so I wish to know the law from Sharia perspective for conventional home loan and for Hindu family. Thanks

Dear Customer,
Welcome again!
- If the property of one person and the death of this person, it must review the Sharia Court in the United Arab Emirates in order to extract an official document stating the names of all heirs and the share of each heir in the legacy of the deceased person.
- If there is a common property in the name of the husband and wife has died, the husband's share or share remains as it is unchanged, but the share of the deceased husband is what is divided on all heirs
- Example for illustration:
If the husband and wife own an apartment each half and the husband died, the wife remains the owner of the half as it is unchanged The share of the deceased husband, the other half is divided on all heirs to be determined by the court, which will also determine the share of each heir
