We would like to inform you that the responsible authority for concluding marriage contracts in Ajman is the Judicial Department. If you want the marriage contract to be concluded within the building of the Judicial Department, both parties should go to the Marriage Contracts Section accompanied by witnesses and bring the required documents as follows:
· Original and copy the passport of the non-citizen
· Original and copy of witness ID cards
· Original and copy of the ID of the couple, guardian or agent of either
· Original and copy of the citizen's entry record
· Original medical examination for marriage to couple (issued by the accredited medical center)
If you want to make marriage elsewhere outside the department building, such as the house, you must come to the department or contact them or book online to request an external legal authorization.
