We would like to inform you that If your inquiry is related to a complaint against an employer at Tawafuq, we refer to the following information:
The Tawafuq Center examines labor complaints between workers and employers. If the employer does not comply with the settlement decision, the complaint is referred to the Labor Court in order to issue a judgment against the employer obliging him to pay the employee's dues. 
There is no provision for the duration of a court order to oblige the employer to pay the employee's dues and this is due to the work pressure of the Labor Court.
However, we expect the dispute to end in an average of four to six months and it may increase or decrease according to the work pressure of the concerned party as we have already explained.
