Hi i just want to ask my friend work to her...
Hi i just want to ask my friend work to her company for 2 years and 5 months but the employer did’nt give her contract as well as the benifits like medical insurance,she wants to resign already is it possible she can get any settlement from her employer?

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Qatari Labor Law, the employment contract shall be written and ratified by the employee in three copies, each party shall receive a copy and the third copy shall be delivered to the Ministry of Labor. The employment contract shall specify the provisions relating to the labor relationship between the two parties. If the employment contract is not written, the worker may prove the employment relationship and the rights that have arisen for him by all means of proof.
