We would like to inform you that according to the Residence Law in UAE, you can change the visa if the previous visa was cancelled by the sponsor and get NOC to transfer the sponsorship. Also, the transfer process requires security approval, as after getting the visa cancelled you have to get the security approval, if it was approved then you can transfer the visa without any problem.
