We would like to inform you that Referring to the Kuwaiti Labor Law and regarding the benefits of the deceased worker, it is legally regulated that the employer shall pay his family the equivalent of two full months' wages to cover the funeral expenses, not less than the minimum wage determined by the National Wage Council and have to pay a grant equal to the wage of the worker in full for the month in which he died and the following two months in accordance with the rules of social insurance laws.
The employer shall be responsible for the expenses of preparing and transporting the body to the body from which the worker has been brought or the entity whose family requests that he be transferred, in addition to the end of service gratuity according to the law so it is possible to go to the Ministry of Labor and claim that you are the special successor of the worker for the purpose of obtaining the benefits of the deceased worker
