We would like to inform you that if you are an expatriate in the UAE and have applied for a student visa and have been rejected by the Embassy, you can apply again and there is nothing to prevent but we advise to know the reasons for refusal to be avoided about the refusal to grant a visa to you as it is in accordance with the law in force in the embassy it should be noted that the decision to grant or refuse a visa is a sovereign matter of the Embassy and no party is allowed to interfere in its work so in case the visa is rejected, we advise you to file an appeal and appeal the decision to grant the visa to you within thirty days in front of the Embassy and after knowing the reasons for the refusal, the embassy can be persuaded to guarantee the return if the study ends in the UAE and you can submit a certificate of acceptance from the university, provided that this proves to the embassy then the court of the embassy can amend the decision of refusal and grant you a visa but what should also be clarified in the event that the visa is rejected even after the objection can't be applied for a visa only three months or 90 days from the date of refusal and to avoid the reasons that the visa was refused to be granted by the embassy
