Article 11
A foreigner may be allowed to reside temporarily in Kuwait for a period of not more than three months. He must leave the country upon expiry unless he receives a renewal of this residence from the Minister of the Interior for no more than one year.
The Minister of the Interior shall determine the conditions and conditions under which temporary residence is granted.
Therefore, the complaint can be addressed immediately in front of the Labor Office, as well as to go to immigration and residence and explained in detail through for summoning the sponsor and find out the facts of things and deal with them according to the outcome of the investigation.
