We would like to inform you that you cannot remain in the UAE except with permission to the Minister of Interior, where the law stipulates that:

Article (91)

A foreigner who has been expelled from the country pursuant to Article 23 of the Entry and Residence Law of foreigners referred to shall not be allowed to return to it until after obtaining a special permit from the Minister of the Interior in accordance with Article (28) of the same law. "

Article (92)

1. The application for special permission referred to in Article (91) of these Regulations shall be submitted to the Naturalization and Residency Administration competent to receive an application for a visa or visa, provided that the application includes all data relating to residency Or previous residence in the country and the reasons for deportation and the circumstances that followed and can justify the license to enter the country again and the request is accompanied by all the necessary supporting documents in this regard.

2. After completing the necessary procedures, the papers shall be submitted to the competent authority. It shall not be possible to decide on the application for a visa or permission to enter after issuing such authorization.
