I have very severe pain in stomach and back pain
I have kidney dialysis ever other day. I went to hospital taken MRI , xrays , endoscope in stomach. But all showing negative.
I have server pain & vomiting
Every minute.

Dear doctor, This type of pain is not related ulcer, beacuse if its ulcer in stomach it could have shown endoscopic or MRI or the other test.I have very bad pain continues at abdomen area. I have given all pain reliever but after two hour or less again starting same , mainly vomiting start pain. What do you advise me to do. Am in the hospital but doctors told me to take again endoscopy. Some times i have short breathe and too much stress headache. Sometime i went to run due to the pain crying very loudly. As told you i go for dialysis every other day. I am diabetic type 1.Pls. Advise if this pain is related with kidneys or bladder stone etc.Thanks.

Well if you are diabetic patient you must exclude out mesenteric ischemia which is common to occur in diabetes by make ct abdomen angiogram for abdominal aorta other possibilities for pain especially lf there is recurrent vomiting and hurt pain to exclude out reflux disease by make barium swallow
You should to check your uric acid urea ammonia level annually for dialysis patient renal and bladder stones mainly cause flank pain dysuria and difficult urination
