We would like to inform you that Required Documents for Restaurant Project License:

1- Request a tourist license certificate, which can be reached by visiting the office of the Authority in the capital Abu Dhabi or in the Emirate of Al Ain, and can save time and effort and carry a "request for a restaurant project license" and then print and fill your data.

2 - A copy of the passport "passport" of the owner and if the owner of the activity company is required to attach a trade license, as well as a summary of the registration of citizens and a copy of the identity card.

3- The company's memorandum of association shall be attested by a notary public and shall be published in the Ministry of Economy “for companies”.

4- A service agent contract, which shall also be attested by a notary public for the non-Emirati foreign owner.

5. A copy of the lease contract for the tourist restaurant project, provided that it is notarized by the municipality.

6 - The personal card of the Director General and his own passport, as well as the C.V and the certificates obtained during the study and certificates of expertise obtained during periods of his job.

7 - Designing an advertising banner so that it contains 50% of its content in Arabic and the other 50% in English to be approved by the Department of Economic Development.

8. Approval of the signature of the “authorized” Commissioner

Signing the undertaking to fulfill all conditions and the Authority shall prepare it

9- Signing a pledge to fulfill all conditions and the Authority shall prepare it.

Restaurant Project License Fees:

To complete the necessary licenses, you must pay the due fees of AED 2500 and this is the last step and after that you will receive the date of receipt of the license necessary to start work legally.

The following is required:

- Food Control Certificate

- Copy of trade name reservation

- NOC from the center of waste management

- Publishing Editor of the Ministry of Economy if the company

- Certificate of security and safety from the Civil Defense

- Approval of passports of foreign partner
