I got my visa to UK refused yesterday 19 September, the report says: ( I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph V4.2 of Appendix V because:You have applied to travel to UK as part of a group to receive an award, in assessing your application I have take into consideration your own personal, social and financial circumstances in your country of residence.You have stated that you are employed as admin assistant earning 11038 and a month, you have provided a bank account from Dubai Islamic bank which confirms your salary, however you have stated on your application you have no other source of income yet there are a large number of payments listed as family support. You have no provided any information as to the source of these funds and even with them I note that your account goes into negative balance on occasions. You have stated that you live with your husband in UAE but have provided no information as to his immigration status or employment. You have also listed two children as dependents. It is not clear from your application how many persons your salary supports.In view of the above I am not satisfied you provided a full picture of your current circumstances and I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor or that you intend to leave UK at the end of your proposed visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V4.2(a) and (c) of the immigration rules.My question, how and when I can reapply? The awarding ceremony on 5th October.
