It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that
Generaly between 1 to 3 months prior to termination,
, either party can terminate the contract.
The party that terminates the contract should compensate the other.
If an employee has an employment contract with indefinite period, termination can be made by informing the other party in writing.
The notification imperatively should be given 15 days before the termination date.
In lieu of notice, either party may pay the other an amount equivalent to 15 to 7-day salary.

I can take 15 days notice period. Instead of 30 days noticed?

In fact, the delai may vary depending on your type of contract,
Refering to - Article 117
- - The employer and the worker may terminate the employment contract with undetermined term for valid grounds at any time subsequent to the conclusion of the contract , and such after notifying the other party thereof in writing at least thirty days prior to the termination thereof .
- With regards to day workers , the notice period shall be as follows :
a - One week should the worker have worked for a period of six months at least and one year at most .
b - Two weeks should the worker have worked for a period of one year at least .
c - One month should the worker have worked for a period of five years at least .
