We would like to inform you that if you want to travel to work in Qatar, you shall obtain a work visa and then travel to Qatar and work and the following conditions shall be met to obtain the visa:
*A passport valid for six months.
*The existence of an employment contract in the State of Qatar.
*There are no ban issued against you in Qatar.
*Medical certificate.
As it is required to enter the work by obtaining an entry visa for work, which is granted only under a contract of work with the applicant in accordance with the conditions and controls prescribed by the law, it is prohibited to assign or dispose of it for anyone in any way or to trade it whether the assignment, or trading in exchange or without charge. And that there is an applicant or employer who is responsible for the establishment of the expatriate worker in Qatar and may be working for others only with his written consent and that is according to the Law No. (21) for the year 2015 that regulating the entry and exit of expatriates and their residence, which stipulates that:
An expatriate who has been allowed to enter or stay for a particular purpose or to work in a particular entity shall not contravene the purpose for which he was allowed or to leave the work of his applicant or to work with an unauthorized entity
And it is not contrary to the purpose of the residence permit that the expatriate, with the consent of the competent authority, performs some of the work of the administration in the company in which he is a partner and allowed to sign.
