We would like to inform you that The UAE is one of the countries that need a visa to enter for Libyan citizens and therefore your friend should go to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Libya and apply for a visa attached with the application the following documents:

- Copy of passport valid for at least six months

- Two copies of the same passport photo specifications with a white background for each

- booking flight

- Hotel reservation

- Bank statement

- medical certificate

- Any other papers requested by the Embassy in addition to these papers depending on the type of visa
