if you want to remove the case in the police then you have to appeal against the absent judgment that issued against you by appeal then negotiate with the debtor to waive the issued judgment.
And get judicial judgment against you, after that it will be cancelled and you can travel.
If the travel ban wasn’t cancelled directly, then you can review the court to get a copy of that judgment and provide it to the police to remove the travel ban.
