• for delay in your due date you can take duphaston 10 mg one tablet every 12 hour for 5 days
• then you have to wait for 5 days 
• for UTI and vaginitis you can take:
• ciprofloxacin 500mg one capsule every 12 hour for 5 days 
• drink two liters of water every day 
• for vaginitis you can take dakatozol one supp for three days 

invstigations:

• CBC
• urine analysis 
• ultrasound
