We would like to inform you that in case the employer terminates the contract, the employer shall pay the end of service indemnity to the worker who has been in the work for one year or more and this remuneration shall be determined by agreement between the parties provided that it shall not be less than three weeks' wage for each year of service.

The service of the worker shall be considered continuous if terminated in cases other than those stipulated in Article (61) of this Law and returned to the service within two months from the date of its termination and the employer shall be entitled to deduct from the remuneration the amounts owed to him by the worker.
