Good evening, I was working in a company, around may the employer decide to cancel all staff while we were still under probation, and they told us in tasheel that there wont be ban,everyone got a new job and they make there Visa,my new employer wanted to process my Visa and found out I have ban,and I went to labor to file for uplift, so I want to ask how long it will take for it to be uplifted cause they said it will take a month

My previous employer gave me NOC letter so I gave it to the new company that want to employ me ,so they also file on my behalf to let them uplift the ban since early this month but they haven't

We would like to inform you that the employee may object the ban by submitting an application for grievance through one of Tasheel centers or through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its e-mail and attaching all the documents confirming his non-entitlement to the ban. The worker will receive a reference number in his application. This application will be examined and the decision to lift or maintain the ban will be considered. The worker shall then be notified of the decision of the committee.
The work ban shall be automatically removed after the expiry of the prescribed period of time. However, it should be noted that the duration of the ban begins immediately upon the departure of the worker from the country.
The temporary work permit for a period of 6 months is 500 AED. The worker shall not be entitled to declare in any place other than the place included in the new work permit. The permit shall be renewed for a further period of six months in the amount of 500 AED, taking into account the acceleration of the litigation procedures.
