We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to work for five years and you want to leave the service with the employer, according to the UAE Domestic Workers Law, the worker may not leave the work until after the expiry of the employment contract without the agreement between the employers and the worker to renew it and if you terminate your contract of employment without a legitimate reason, you will be deprived of the end of service bonus, plus compensation to your employer equivalent to one month's salary.
Here's the text of the Domestic Workers Law to help with your inquiry:
Article (27)
The worker shall be deprived of the end of service benefit if the contract of employment ends the unlawful interruption of work, or if the contract is terminated by the worker without a legitimate reason.
